Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and MicroAnalytics(Bucharest & Brasov, Romania) governing your use of 137 GTM Agent (“the Service”). By creating an account you accept them. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

137 GTM Agent is an AI-powered assistant for Google Tag Manager. It connects to GTM accounts you authorize and can read container configuration, run audits, and — on your instruction — create, modify, or publish tags, triggers, variables, and related entities. Features vary by plan; current plans and limits are described on the pricing page.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may only connect Google accounts and GTM containers you own or are authorized to manage. Disconnecting Google or revoking access from your Google Account settings ends our access immediately.

The agent generates configuration changes using AI. Like any automation, it can make mistakes. The Service is built around safeguards — changes are made in workspaces, destructive operations require confirmation, and published versions can be rolled back — but you remain responsible for reviewing changes before publishing them to a live container, and for the compliance of your own websites and tracking setup with the laws that apply to you (including obtaining valid user consent).

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel, switch plans, or update payment details anytime from Billing settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Add-ons (extra containers, seats, server-side GTM) are billed on the same subscription. Operation limits reset each billing cycle; unused operations do not roll over.

If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. If it continues to fail, we may downgrade or suspend the account until payment is resolved.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to deploy tracking that violates applicable law;
• connect containers you are not authorized to manage;
• attempt to probe, overload, or disrupt the Service, or circumvent plan limits;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our agreement.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We own the Service, its software, and its branding. You own your data: your GTM container configuration remains yours, and anything the agent creates in your containers belongs to you.

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” without a guaranteed uptime level. We may add, change, or remove features; if we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give you at least 30 days' notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroAnalytics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by tracking misconfiguration — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
