Cleaner chat — clearer mode, code blocks you can copy, faster feedback
The chat composer is now a single card grouping the input, the send button, and the preview-mode toggle, so it's obvious at a glance whether your next message will write changes (lime send button) or return a plan (purple). Code blocks the agent shares now have a one-click copy button and a language label. The Copy / helpful / not-helpful actions on each agent reply are always visible, so you don't have to hover to find them. A paperclip icon is now visible in the composer as a placeholder — file attachments are coming next.
Tighter, more structured agent replies
The agent now answers in the shape that fits the question — a one-line direct answer for quick lookups, a short action summary for changes, a scored audit report for full reviews. No more preambles, no "based on the snapshot…", no "let me know if you'd like…" closers, no walls of bullets for trivial answers. When you ask for something that doesn't exist, you get a direct "no" instead of a workaround.
Knowledge base is easier to navigate — filter by platform, sort by severity, search everything
The knowledge base now shows 20 entries at a time with a load-more button, a platform dropdown (filter by Meta, TikTok, sGTM, and 35 others), and a one-click sort to bring the most critical issues to the top. Search now finds matches inside diagnosis steps and root-cause descriptions, not just titles. When the agent cites a knowledge base entry in chat, the reference now appears as a clickable link that opens the entry directly — no more hunting for it manually.
Knowledge base now covers cross-platform reconciliation, GTM error messages, and compliance
New entries on the questions that take whole afternoons to answer: why GA4 and Google Ads disagree on conversion counts, why Meta Ads Manager shows 60% more conversions than GA4 attributes to Meta, why your CRM contact count is lower than your GA4 form-submit count, what GTM Preview's yellow vs red banners actually mean and which to fix first, what an EU auditor wants when they ask for a DPIA on your container, and how to keep PHI / card data / under-13 audiences out of analytics tags that don't have the right contracts. Each one walks through the diagnosis and the GTM-side fix step by step.
Knowledge base — major coverage expansion across ad platforms, B2B tools, and analytics middleware
New entries for X (Twitter) Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, Microsoft Bing UET, Pinterest Tag, Reddit Pixel and Conversion API, TikTok Events API, Quora Pixel, Yahoo DSP, Spotify Ad Analytics, Floodlight (DV360 / Campaign Manager 360), HubSpot tracking via GTM, Klaviyo onsite tracking, Mailchimp site tracking, Marketo Munchkin lead association, Salesforce Pardot, Drift / Intercom widget identify, Mixpanel + Segment alongside GTM, Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity recordings, Optimizely / VWO experiment data into GA4, Shopify thank-you page purchase events, and Yandex.Metrica counter setup. For each, the GTM tag pattern that actually works, common silent-failure modes, and links to the vendor's first-party docs.
Knowledge base — sGTM operations, Core Web Vitals attribution, and modern browser privacy
New entries on running server-side GTM in production: migrating containers between US and EU regions for GDPR, custom-domain CNAME setup with first-party cookies that survive Safari ITP, Cloud Run autoscaling and cold-start tradeoffs, retry logic for 429 errors from upstream APIs, and Cloud Monitoring alerts that catch real production issues. Plus Core Web Vitals deep-dive: per-element INP attribution, CLS source identification, LCP loading-stage breakdown, and why PageSpeed Insights / CrUX / your GA4 numbers all disagree. Plus Brave / Firefox / Safari ITP / Privacy Sandbox / GPC handling — the modern-browser realities that change what your GTM container actually sees.
Deeper knowledge base entries, with copy-paste code and source links
Each troubleshooting entry now shows the symptom, step-by-step diagnosis, ranked root causes with fixes, copy-to-clipboard code snippets, and links to the official Google, Meta, or vendor docs that back the answer. A new "Diagnose with lookup" button on every entry sends the symptom straight to the agent so it can run the same lookup the audit uses.
Knowledge base — IAB consent strings, GA4 modeling thresholds, accidental Meta test mode, BigQuery export quirks, and server-side debugging
New entries on the next round of consultant-favourite headaches: ad-tech vendors and Google tags reading two different consent signals that don't agree, GA4 Consent Mode that's set up correctly but never recovers any data because the site doesn't hit the modeling threshold, Meta conversions API silently routing every production event to the Test Events tab because a developer flag was left in code, GA4 BigQuery exports where today's data isn't there yet and row counts don't match the UI, and server-side GTM dropping events with no error showing in Cloud Run logs. Each one walks through the diagnosis and links the official IAB, Google, or Meta docs.
Knowledge base — Usercentrics, Meta server-event matching, missing GA4 items, Angular Router, and sGTM Preview that won't connect
New entries on the next round of consultant-favourite headaches: Usercentrics banners that look like they're integrated with Google's consent system but aren't, Meta server events that arrive but show low match quality because the browser cookies didn't come along for the ride, GA4 purchases showing the right total revenue but every item-level report stuck on "(not set)", Angular Router SPAs double-counting page views on guard redirects and missing the home page, and server-side GTM Preview hanging on "Connecting…" forever because a CDN is stripping the debug header. Each one walks through the diagnosis and links the official Usercentrics, Meta, Google, or Angular docs.
Knowledge base — custom consent banners, Meta Advanced Matching, Looker Studio freshness, sGTM transport, and GTM rollbacks
New entries on the next round of consultant-favourite headaches: home-grown consent banners that look like they're blocking tags but aren't, Meta Advanced Matching match rate stuck in single digits, Looker Studio reports showing yesterday's GA4 numbers instead of today's, server-side GTM dropping events when the client `transport_url` doesn't match, and "what actually changed in this GTM publish?" with a clean rollback path. Each one walks through the diagnosis and links the official Google or Meta docs.
Knowledge base — Iubenda, double Pixel events, GA4 audiences, sGTM clients, and workspace conflicts
New entries on the next round of consultant-favourite headaches: Iubenda banners ignoring purpose decisions, every Meta event arriving twice because the legacy Pixel snippet is still on the site alongside the GTM template, GA4 audiences stuck at zero users for days, server-side GTM custom clients silently dropping events, and multi-editor GTM teams losing each other's edits to workspace conflicts. Each one walks through the diagnosis and links the official Iubenda, Meta, Google, or Google Tag Manager docs.
Knowledge base — Didomi, Meta CAPI tokens, internal traffic filters, Vue Router, and GTM environments
New entries on the next round of consultant-favourite headaches: Didomi banners not honouring purpose decisions, Meta Conversions API silently breaking when an access token expires, GA4 internal traffic filters that look configured but never actually apply, Vue 3 + Vue Router 4 SPAs duplicating or skipping page_view events, and GTM publishes that look successful but never reach the production site because the snippet is locked to the wrong environment. Each one walks through the diagnosis and links the official Didomi, Meta, Google, or Vue Router docs.
Knowledge base — OneTrust, Meta AEM, custom dimensions, and React Router
New entries on the next batch of consultant-favourite headaches: OneTrust not honouring Consent Mode v2 even when categories look right, Meta's Aggregated Event Measurement priority being the wrong way round on iOS, GA4 custom dimensions silently absent for 24+ hours, server-side GTM on Cloud Run punishing the first request of the hour, and React Router v6 apps double-counting page_view events. Each one walks through the diagnosis and links the official OneTrust, Meta, Google, or React Router docs.
Knowledge base — Cookiebot, user_id, server-side GTM, and Next.js App Router
New entries on the gotchas every consultant runs into: Cookiebot blocking tags after decline, GA4 counting one logged-in user as several, server-side GTM requests that arrive but don't match, double-counted pageviews on Next.js App Router, and oversized GTM containers that won't publish. Every entry walks through the diagnosis steps and links the official Cookiebot, Google, or Next.js docs.
Knowledge base now covers offline conversions and cross-platform attribution
New deep-dive entries on Google Ads offline conversion uploads, Meta CAPI offline events, TikTok Events API deduplication, GA4 cross-domain tracking, and "why is my paid traffic showing as direct?" — the questions that come up every week in our consulting inbox.
Deeper troubleshooting in the knowledge base
New entries on Meta CAPI deduplication, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions match rate, Consent Mode v2 timing, and the classic "GTM says fired but GA4 Realtime is empty." Each one walks through the actual diagnosis steps, the most likely root causes, and links to the official Google or Meta docs.
